Hello Penguins!

Hey - It's almost 2010! We asked you what you were looking forward to for the new year in Club Penguin and here's what Beuty123456 said:

What am I looking forward to in the new year? I'll tell you what! I am looking forward to making new friends. Whether it's sipping hot coffee at the Coffee Shop, having snowball fights at the snow fort, or just relaxing in an igloo, friends make everything better! I hope to find great pals this year, and have tons of fun with them! Happy holidays!

Next week, Fairy Fables returns to the Stage! So we'd love to know what's your favorite Stage play - and why!

Write your Reviewed By You answer as a comment! We'll post one (50 - 75 words please) in next week's Reviewed By You. And if your comment is chosen as the feature comment on next week's blog, we'll add 10,000 coins to your penguin account. Don't forget to use your penguin name so we can add coins!

Until then, Happy New Year... and Waddle On!

Hello Penguins!

The Holiday Party has come to a close, and we want to wish everyone a huge thanks for making it a success!

We've heard from a lot of you wondering what's coming up in the new year. Well, I can say for sure that 2010 is going to start off with a bang!

A new event's on the way that will lead penguins into secret places! More games are incoming too that will test your skills!

Look for all new jobs and mysteries... And maybe even a certain polar bear...

Thanks again to everyone for playing this year. Your awesome ideas and suggestions are what make Club Penguin as fun and exciting as it is. Hope to see you all in 2010!

Happy Holidays, Penguins!

Coins For Change might be over but the team's feeling really inspired by the Club Penguin community. You've been telling us that you want to keep making a difference throughout the year and it's something we want you to be able to do all year long. Check out the updated Global Citizenship page where you can take a look at what's happening with all the coins you donated - then see how you can make even more change happen in the New Year!

And because you've asked for more ways to get involved, we've been working on new ways to help you help kids around the world. Our Kids Matching Gift program is one way - or you can give your time at a speaking tour! We really want to hear all the ways you're making a difference in your community, too!

Until then... Waddle On!

Over 4 billion virtual coins were donated through the donation stations on the island and in your igloos. Yes - 4 billion coins! And here's what you decided about how the 1 million dollar real world donation will be split:

Congratulations - Once again you've shown that the generosity of our community can make a big difference in helping to change the world.

Hello Penguins!

It's finally here! The wait's over and the party's arrived - there's tons of lights, gifts, and special surprises! We recognize that lots of you have so many different kinds of celebrations this time of year and we want everyone to feel included so instead of calling it a Christmas Party this year we're calling it the Holiday Party.

Don't forget that the igloo contest starts today, and you'll be able to submit your holiday designs right from your igloo til Dec 20th. That'll also be the last day of Coins For Change. Everyone's been doing great with sharing coins and time around the community.

Let us know what you and your friends are doing at the party!!

Until then... Waddle on!
